At CocoonCash®, we ship our luxury wool coats inspired by Eastern cultural aesthetics worldwide. We are dedicated to providing a secure and seamless delivery experience for every seasonal collection.

 

1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and handed over to our premium courier partners within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery: Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders. For domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically takes "5–9 business days". International shipping times may vary depending on destination customs clearance and local regulations.

Delivery Days: Packages are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Important Notice: Please ensure that a recipient is available to receive your package. For deliveries to office buildings or reception points, kindly include the contact persons full name at checkout.

 

2. Order Tracking

You will receive an automated email notification once your order has been dispatched, containing your secure tracking number and carrier updates.

Registered guests can track their shipment directly from the “My Orders” section within their CocoonCash account.

 

3. Signature Requirements

Due to the premium nature and high value of our collections, all orders over “$700 USD”require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

If your order is shipped via UPS, signature arrangements can be managed directly through your personal 'UPS My Choice®' account. Please note that once a package is released under your instruction, full responsibility for loss or damage shifts to the recipient, per carrier terms.

 

4. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery:

The courier will leave a physical delivery notice with local contact information.

Please contact the courier promptly to arrange an alternative delivery time or collection at a verified local access point.

Packages unclaimed within the carrier's holding period will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse, and a refund will be processed minus any logistical processing costs.

Please note: We are unable to reroute packages once they have left our facility.

  

5. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure secure and insured delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or mail forwarding/freight services.

CocoonCash® delivers strictly to the verified address provided at checkout. Once a shipment is in transit, address changes cannot be accommodated.

 

6. Package Insurance

Every CocoonCash® shipment is fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit.

Once the package has been delivered and signed for at the designated address, the insurance coverage concludes.

If your package arrives with visible structural damage, please refuse the delivery or ensure the damage is officially noted by the courier upon signing.

 

7. Lost Orders

If you believe your shipment is lost or experiencing unusual delays, please contact our dedicated Customer Care team immediately at "support@cocooncash.com". We will launch an official inquiry with the carrier to resolve the issue for you as a priority.

CocoonCash® proudly provides tracked international shipping to the following countries:
