At CocoonCash®, we provide a luxury shopping experience for our premium wool coats

inspired by Eastern cultural aesthetics. Our returns and refunds process is designed to be

transparent, simple, and customer-friendly, ensuring your complete peace of mind.

1. Return Period & Conditions 

14-Day Return Window: We accept returns within “14 days from the date of delivery”. 

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original premium 

condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original CocoonCash® designer tags and packaging fully intact.

Return Shipping Fees: As part of our luxury service “return shipping is 

complimentary”. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to you at no additional cost. 

2. Exchanges 

CocoonCash® does not offer direct product exchanges. 

To secure a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for your original item and independently place a new order on cocooncash.com at your convenience.

3. How to Initiate a Return 

Registered Members: Log in to your personal “My CocoonCash” account, navigate to “My Orders”, select the corresponding item, and submit a return request. A pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. 

Guest Users: Please contact our dedicated Customer Care team directly via email at "support@cocooncash.com". Our team will promptly issue your pre-paid return label and return instructions.

Important Notice: Returns must be shipped exclusively from the original country of delivery. Utilizing a non-authorized carrier or shipping from an unverified country may result in customs delays, lost packages, and the voiding of your refund.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items 

We maintain rigorous quality control. However, if your garment arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please log in to "My Orders" to report the issue, or contact our Customer Services

Department immediately at "support@cocooncash.com". Upon passing a verification inspection at our facility, a full refund or complimentary replacement will be expedited.

5. Refund Processing Timeline 

Once your return package is delivered to our fulfillment warehouse and successfully passes our specialist quality inspection, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing days to reflect the balance on your statement.

6. Gift Returns

For items received as a gift, a valid gift receipt or original order number is required to authorize a return.

The standard 14-day return window and product condition policies apply. 

Refunds for gift items will be issued either as a digital CocoonCash® Gift Card to the recipient or credited back to the original purchaser's payment method.

7. International & Cross-Border Returns 

To guarantee secure customs clearance, returns must originate from the exact same country where the parcel was originally delivered.

Packages dispatched from alternative countries cannot be processed via our system and risk being permanently blocked or lost in transit. Using the authorized pre-paid label provided by our team ensures a secure and compliant return process.

8. Final Instructions 

Please retain your original order number and carrier drop-off receipt for tracking reference. 

Ensure all outer packaging is securely sealed and the pre-paid return label is clearly visible.
